Meet KirstinLynn
Hey! I’m Kirstin. I was diagnosed as Bipolar ll when I was 31 years old. The only reason I found out was by hitting the lowest of lows. When I got the diagnosis, so many things started to make sense.
Then I realized how lonely I truly was because even though everyone around me loved me, nobody could relate to the internal torment I was going through everyday.

Learn tools to help manage our mental well-being. Journal prompts, breath work & grounding, self-care routines, and how to practice mindfulness.

The point of it all: thrive mentally, spiritually. We will learn how to do more than survive from day to day. Build emotional resilience, setting boundaries & giving yourself grace!
